FMC Overview

A Project Run by Individuals in Coordination with Local Businesses and Volunteers

The Feeding Mifflin County Project is about helping those in our community that need a hand during these difficult times. There are several concurrent projects that we are working on which we will quickly outline below but you can check out individual pages for more details.

For regular updates, other food programs and ways our community is helping others see the facebook group Feeding Mifflin County at https://www.facebook.com/groups/feedingmifflincounty

Quick Overview

Child Meals Program (currently paused)

Places like the Mifflin County School Districts are providing lunches during the weekday to students and several chain stores are also starting to make some offerings as well. The team at FMC are working with local restaurants to adopt a day and time to provide a meal to a child in need. We understand this is a tough time for our restaurants so we will also be trying to raise funds to support the Child Meal Programs at each of our locations. Read more about it here.
